It is important to note that images shown on the website are only for viewingpurposes. The shape of the flowers in a bouquet will vary fromone bouquet toanother. This is because flowers are sourced from local vendors and are thenarranged and designed by the florist. Image variation claims are not entertainedfor refunds. Giftholic.co is a flower delivery service which guarantees the exact
number of flowers delivered to the recipient. 

 

Customer can send a cancellation request to Giftholic.co before 24 hours of
delivery time, for a refund of the amount. The customer has agreed to the termsand conditions, and they have accepted the delivery of their order. No refundwill
be made once delivery is initiated.

The refund will be made only if the order is not delivered due to any reason anddeducting 6% processing charge. In the event of any loss or claimbeyond theamount actually paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claimbeyondthe amount actually paid by customer.

If any product missed or undelivered by delivery partner fromcombo or multiple products order, in such case Giftholic.co will replace the product with the samevalue and quality, if not available then refund the order amount.

In case of any product being delivered in damaged condition, it should be informed within 12 hours delivery time. No claim will be entertained after 12hours. In case of any product defect, Giftholic.co will try to repair the product or arrange re-delivery, depending on the customer’s preference.

In the event that the customer provides an incorrect contact number or address, no refund will be made. There are certain situations where a customer may refuse to accept a product. Insuch cases, the customer should be made aware of the consequences of their
decision. The Giftholic.co is not obliged to provide a refund in these cases andthe order will be treated as delivered. We are not able to guarantee exact delivery time for the orders. We do try our
best to get the order delivered at the earliest possible time but it may not bepossible due to traffic, rain, accidents or any unforeseen reason no refund will bemade for late orders delivery.

Giftholic.co may amend its refund and cancellation policy fromtime to timeandreserves the right to do so without any prior notice. If you have any query or
